The pizzeria "Da Gigino" is located in a lovely little town called Vico Equense,which is right between the main Sorrento coast and the city of Castellammare....so could be definitely a very good stop on the way.

To be honest,specially by the locals is considered one of the best pizza place in the area and definitely onw of the few places where the Pizza is served by meter.In fact,the pizzamaker Gigino Dell'Amura invented in 1930's the Pizza per Meter and his place has been awarded the title of "university of Pizza" for maintaining the principle of Neapolitan pizza.
